Real people, real stories, and the flavours that shaped them

I’m Natasha, and I run an ice cream business that I founded in 2012. What started as a single stall at a farmer’s market has grown into a brand available in over 5,000 stockists across four countries. The business was a natural extension of my love for food - I’ve always loved baking, cooking, and, most of all, eating delicious things.

The Ice Cream Founder’s Table is an interview series I’ve created to celebrate the people, stories, and flavours that make life meaningful. Each episode is a short, heartfelt conversation with someone I find inspiring: founders, makers, creatives, parents, dreamers - anchored by a few simple and universal food questions. From first ice cream memories to flavours that feel like home, we explore how food connects us to who we are, where we’ve been, and who we want to become.

This series is part storytelling, part celebration, and part sweet indulgence. It’s for anyone who’s ever found comfort in a bowl of something familiar, chased adventure through flavour, or used dessert as a way to bring people together. Whether you’re here for the recommendations, the nostalgia, or the unexpected bits of wisdom, I hope you’ll find something delightful at the table. Pull up a chair, and grab a scoop.

I’m looking forward to building a community here with people who care about good food and the stories that come with it.

How does it work?

For now, The Ice Cream Founder’s Table is completely free. One day, I may offer a paid option. When I do, I’ll make sure it adds real value - maybe offline events, ice cream treats, insider guides, or business learnings.
